Use AlexBevan's public GitHub profile and any contact methods the owner chooses to publish there. Availability can change.
Repository issues
If you already have repository access, search its issue tracker before filing a focused bug, accessibility or privacy report. The repository is currently private.
Review or suggest code
Authorised contributors can use the source repository. The link returns an access error for visitors who have not been granted access.
Privacy or accessibility
Read the privacy notice or accessibility statement, then open an issue with only the minimum detail needed to explain the concern.
What makes a useful report
- Name the product and page or diagnostic tool.
- Describe what you expected and what actually happened.
- List the steps needed to reproduce the problem using invented, non-sensitive example values.
- Include browser and operating-system versions for a web issue, or Android and device versions for Ping Thing.
- For accessibility feedback, include the keyboard, zoom setting or assistive technology involved.
- For a calculation concern, identify the tax year, region, buyer type or mortgage mode and link to an authoritative public source where possible.
Calculation and financial questions
The finance tools provide estimates and do not offer individual financial, tax, mortgage or legal advice. A support issue can report a suspected defect in the implemented calculation, but it is not a route for advice about a personal financial decision. Use official guidance or an appropriately qualified adviser for that.
Ping Thing and network reports
Only run diagnostics against systems you own or are authorised to test. When reporting a Ping Thing issue, replace public IP addresses, private hostnames and domain names with safe examples where possible. Do not publish scan output that identifies someone else's infrastructure.
Security concerns
No private vulnerability-reporting address or security advisory route is currently published. Do not disclose an exploitable vulnerability, credential or secret in a GitHub issue or other public channel. If no safe private route is available through the repository owner's public GitHub profile, withhold sensitive technical detail rather than posting it publicly.
Response expectations
Expand Digital Apps is a small product collection, not a staffed support service. Reports may not receive an immediate response and no response-time guarantee is offered. Clear, reproducible reports with public references are the easiest to investigate.
